The philosophy of the Weight Watchers Diet is not to tell the person what he should or should not eat. The idea is to get to educate people and teach them about the food they are eating. With the Weight Watchers Diet, the member is going to change his habits and take less calories than he needs in order to maintain the weight stable and lose some weight, when a healthy level has been reached the person will lose one or two lbs. per week.
